Paula specializes in helping retirement plan committees achieve success by developing plan designs to meet unique corporate objectives and driving successful outcomes. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry.

She previously held positions at First Western Trust, Mercer, Reber/Russell and United Banks/Norwest. Paula is a nationally recognized expert, she was named a Top 100 Advisor by 401(k) Wire, Top Retirement Team by Plan Sponsor Magazine and one of the Outstanding Women in Business by the Denver Business Journal.

In Paula’s free time, she enjoys being a board chair for the Colorado Chapter of Positive Coaching Alliance, board member of the Western State Foundation and staying active through running, skiing and golfing
