Joel Shapiro, J.D., LL.M.

Joel is a member of NFP’s Executive Management team and is responsible for NFP’s ERISA compliance services. As a licensed ERISA attorney, Joel provides in-depth legal knowledge to assist NFP’s clients with navigating DOL regulations and Internal Revenue Code qualification requirements. Joel earned his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and his Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law at the American University. Joel also earned a Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
